Britney Spears & Criss Angel

Spears, 25, and Angel, 39, were spotted hanging out with friends in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Angel met up with Spears and Co. at Cravings Restaurant in West Hollywood. Later they were spotted tooling around town in Angel’s Rolls Royce. A source also said that the Spears and Angel were spotted entering The Tower-Beverly Hills hotel at around 4 a.m. They were reportedly holding hands and were seen going up to a suite on the 11th floor together. Presumably to discuss their messy divorce settlements.

Angel, who was most recently romantically linked to actress Cameron Diaz, is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce with his wife of five years, Joanne Sarantakos. The couple reportedly dated for a decade before marrying. Sarantakos claims that Angel made her keep their marriage a secret to "further his career" and to maintain his "sex appeal." Angel, real name Christopher Sarantakos, has denied the claims. The Mindfreak star is also accused of having an affair with Diaz, of mental cruelty, and abandonment. Sarantakos also claims that Angel has not given her a "cent" of the money he has made since becoming famous. Angel claims that all of Sarantako’s claims are "unfounded."

Spears is going through her own messy battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline over custody of their children 23-month old Sean Preston and 11-month old Jayden James. Federline is seeking physical custody of the boys and feels that Spears is unable to care for their two young boys. Spears erratic behavior over the past year has caused major concern to Federline and Spears family. She is even reportedly estranged from her mother, Lynne. Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has been subpoenaing those close to Spears to gauge her parenting skills.
