If you are inviting only eight-ten guests, write the invitations yourself, just as they would do in the olden times for Victorian tea parties. However, if it is a big number, mail the party invitations.

The Decorations: More than the wall décor, table decoration is more important for the tea party. Set the table according to the venue, for example if it is a garden tea party, make sure that the area is completely shaded and it is cool. To decorate the table, have floral centerpieces which match the bride's to-be colors, you can also have flower bouquets which are in contrast to your china. The Games: There are many interesting games that can be played at bridal parties! Bridal shower games are what make the party the most interesting! As it is a tea party, have a special tea party game. Make a list of things that you see at any tea party like cookies, jelly, a cup of tea, ketchup etc. Now tell the guests to write the British equivalent for these, after all the tea party concept belongs to them! The bride to-be is sure to face trivial problems after her marriage, so provide her solutions beforehand only!
