Yes breaststroke is easy. Many people don't agree with this. They think that the breaststroke exercise requires a lot of coordination and judgment. You can use a kickboard to get the kicks right, keep your arms on both sides of the kickboard and push yourself hard. Now bring in your sole towards your butt and snap your feet out on opposite sides pulling them back in a quick motion. Always remember that both legs should perform the same motion together, otherwise it's going to end up as foul.
Effective Pull
For a proper swimming technique during breaststroke it's very important to have a strong pull. To have a strong pull, it's very necessary that you have strong kick. Practice a freestyle kick and concentrate on the motion above your waist. Now keep the backs of your hands and fingers together. Remember to keep your head tucked in and in a perfect streamline and then pull yourself ahead with your hands and shoulder.
