Breaking Each Other's Hearts
I met you on a train one day but now the rest is history.

Going nowhere,
And heading in any direction,
She could,
She looked and held my gaze,
Reading literature,
And pulled me in to her heart
She would,
I never even felt the kiss,
Of her sweet tempting lips,
Of the things that pulled me,
Into her bliss,
But now she doesn't care anymore.
You could say they fell apart,
You could say that they broke,
Each others hearts,
Their gazes no longer exchange,
They no longer even look the same,
She tempted me with her sweet heart,
But I called her when times got hard,
Now she doesn't even remember my name,
She was a sweet nightmare dream.
We walked along sands,
And into waves,
She cried every night,
And I held her embrace,
She spat out words,
Full of hate,
And make her love known,
At the end of the day,
She felt as if her heart was there,
But never even surfaced,
She flapped her eyes and twirled her hair,
As she kept her words silenced.
You could say they fell apart,
You could say that they broke,
Each other's hearts,
Their gazes no longer exchange,
They no longer even look the same,
She tempted me with her sweet heart,
But I called her when times got hard,
Now she doesn't even remember my name,
She was a sweet nightmare dream.
We were broken toys to begin with,
Always waiting to be fixed,
Indulged in each other,
Knowing that we should mix,
And now I'm a stranger,
Wasted her life,
But I'm a lot better,
Because I removed the knife.
You could say they fell apart,
You could say that they broke,
Each other's hearts.
