- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon curry powder

- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce

- 3 pounds (1.35 kg) boneless, skinless chicken thigh
