How to Exfoliate Your Skin

- Then after you're done, use lukewarm water to wash off the scrub, and then gently dry off.

What You'll Need:
- 3 tablespoons of white sugar (granulated)
- 2 tablespoons of castor oil
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 2 eggs
Mix the ingredients together until you have a consistent mix of all the contents, without any lumps forming. These provide immediate concoctions for skin exfoliation using ingredients that you cannot store away. The best way to get this done is to make it just before you step into the shower.
Recipe 2
What You'll Need:
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of baby oil
- ½ cup of crushed mint leaves
- 2 eggs
Nicely blend all the ingredients together until you've achieved a desirable mix of all the above contents. You can use a pumice stone to help exfoliating tough skin surfaces like under the feet, your heels and back. You can gently do this for exfoliating skin on your underarms if you have a problem with darkened skin in that area.

What You'll Need:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- ½ cup almond oil
- ½ cup of lavender extract (oil based)
Mix all your ingredients and make sure it has a good portion of each element; if you feel that it isn't stiff enough, you can add more of the oil or pour in some extra honey to make it thicker. Using the aforementioned exfoliating techniques, clean your body thoroughly and then rinse off whatever is on you, with lukewarm water.
The exfoliating body scrub ingredients mentioned above recipes are meant for one time use only, although some can be stored away depending on the shelf life of the elements you put into it.
