Ingredients
- 16 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ounces butter
- 3 teaspoons sugar + ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 8½ ounces whole wheat flour
- 5 ¼ ounces sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Take butter in a large mixing bowl and blend it well with sugar till the mixture becomes fluffy. Add the eggs, one by one, stirring after every addition.
