Bleeding Soul

About a guy who hides in himself...
You sit and play guitar
With a broken bleeding heart
Holding in your pain
You never open up
And show what's within

You tend to hide who you are
So no one ever gets in
Your heart shredded and missing
Due to all the girls

You fall apart and rip
But never shed a tear
At least not to the world
Who you say ruins you
Inside and out

No one ever gets you
Because you hide behind lies
You tend to deny
To except reality
To hide the pain and the hurt

You've been alone for three years
I get that fact
Maybe if you'd be yourself
You'd change all of that
Maybe if you'd open up
Your heart wouldn't bleed

Your heart would be mended
And forever be seen
