Black Smudges

At the end of the day, my face be all black. You want to know why? Because of all the hurt I have been feeling. And that's why I have to cry my tears that mess up my eyeliner and mascara.
My heart has been broken.
All the blood, drained from my body.
I don't feel pain anymore.
I have felt enough.
My pale white skin is so frail.
Paper thin, with no more feeling.
My shining blue eyes have turned to black.
Deep black, pitch dark.
My hope and feelings seem to shrink.
Day by day, night by night.
My smile has turned to a frown.
My feelings, my emotions are no more.
The black lipstick is permanent on my lips now.
It doesn't smudge.
Not once.
Never.
It shall never wipe away.
As long as I am as cold as an icy winter storm.
