Based on a true story
Drenched in blood. A cold daze in her black eyes she stood there. No expression but a smile smeared on her face hidden in the blood. The unthinkable was done. The child didn’t seem to care, she rather enjoyed the morbid scene before her. The friend she new lay below her in blood. Playing with the pool as she knelt down, she caressed the face and smiled. "Pretty blue" she whispered referring to her dead color. Her trance was sick. She new what she did and yet remorse was absent from her. A teacher down the hall came to check the children. Opening the door, she saw the child dead in her blood. She heard the door lock knowing too late those black eyes would be the last of her vision. A hand across her mouth she hears the whisper "Pretty Blue....."
