alright, sorry, I've been gone and didn't have the comp with me, so I haven't been able to post my stuff..I'm back now, and here's the next chapter..^-^ enjoy and comment please! they make my day!!

Tip number one: never, never, fall asleep on some random park bench when there's an entire race after you, trying to murder you. Cause, you know, you might end up waking up, hands tied behind your back, wings pressed against your spine with chains locking them in place, and like, duck tape over your mouth. You know, just might happen. And, of course, it did. Chock one up for the vamps. When my eyes were finally open, it was pitch black. Crap. First I tried my hands, groaning as chains dug into them. I pushed myself to my knees and managed to get to my feet. My eyes searched the dark in vain; I could see nothing.
"You're awake." the voice sent chills down my spine and I turned to face the direction of the voice. My eyes narrowed, a small light coming through an opening door. Then Chloe walked in.

"Hello, Angel. Whats the matter? Aren't you happy to see your sister?" I could practically hear the sneer in her voice. It took all of me not to leap at her. What good would that do? Get hit, beaten? Yeah, not so helpful. She smirked, approaching me. I stepped back, pressing myself against the wall. She gripped the tape and ripped it off.
"GOD!" I howled, my lips burning. She didn't say anything but grabbed me, pulling me behind her. Light poured into my eyes, blinding me as I walked behind her. When my sight came back, there were sealed doors everywhere, screams from other sides, beating on the doors. Alright..where the heck was I? The witch pulled me into a large field, the door slamming shut behind me. She threw me to the ground, my face hitting the ground hard. I bit my lip and forced myself not to say anything. As I was pushing myself to my feet, a foot hit my back hard, pressing me into the ground again. I groaned, turning my head so I could see the figure out of the corner of my eye. Addere smiled darkly, "Well, look who we have here."

My breath left me as he pressed harder against my back, clenching my eyes close. This would be a really good time for me to know my powers. He leaned down, nearly all his weight on the foot against my spine. He ran his fingers through my feathers, sending chills through me.
"Addere..what..are you..?" I inquired between gasps for the little air I could get into my lungs. He grinned, flashing his fangs. "Now, normally we don't kill our own, but you are an exception, Angel," Chloe responded for him.

"Pity, really, you are so beautiful," his hand ran over my cheek. I turned my head and snapped at him, cutting his fingers as he pulled away, a snarl distorting his face. He got up, his wound starting to heal, the chains breaking as Chloe swept her hands across them. I got to my feet quickly, snapping open my wings, then screaming out in pain, collapsing to my knees. My hands went to the collar around my neck, the one that kept me under control. Addere cocked an eyebrow, crossing his arms, "You really think we'd be that foolish, Angel?" he shook his head, "Have you learned nothing!?"

Chloe had a look of irritation on her face, though not at me, at Addere. "Why spare her!?" she howled. Addere gave her a sharp look, but didn't say anything. Chloe took a step back, looking at me, then him. "You're ganna do what!?"
He grinned, the type that didn't reach his eyes. A forked tongue ran over his pointed teeth, then he looked at me.

"Stand up." he ordered. I immediately refused, no giving in for me. Take that you bas-The pain suddenly ripped through me by the collar on my neck, electric waves running through my body, sending pain ripping at every nerve. I clenched my eyes shut, gasping for breath. It was no longer than five seconds, but it seemed much longer. Who knew you could endure so much pain in five lowly seconds?
"Stand up," he repeated. I did as I was told, standing slowly, shakily. I looked at him with a scowl on my face, my fists clenched and lowering from the collar.
"You damned bas-"

"Shut up!" Chloe yelled, stepping towards me, raising a hand to hit me. I stood tall, my lips twisted into a sadistic grin. "Yes, dear sister? You wanna hit me?"
"She's taunting you, Chloe. Step back."
Chloe hesitated, then brought her hand down across my face. When it was inches from my skin I gripped her wrist, swiping my leg at her feet. Her eyes widened, falling, then stopping right before she hit the ground, being held up by her wrist.
"Now, now sister, why would you try something like that?" I growled, then turned to Addere. I froze, his hand curled around a remote.
"Drop her."

I did as he said, Chloe hissing at me angrily. I ignored her, watching Addere.
"From now on, I'm your master."
I scowled, taking a step towards him, "What!? And you expect me to go along with that!?"
His thumb pressed the small button on the remote for eight seconds, causing me to collapse, gripping the collar, trying to pry it away from my flesh. I bit my lip as he repeated his statement. I nodded slowly, gasping for air. He smiled darkly, "Come along." I got up and followed. This was all my fault. No..it was Jean's..if it weren't for her I wouldn't be here! I was going to bring her down. She deserved to be a bloody vamp.

"Just like the rest of us, huh?" Addere glanced back at me, leading me through a series of halls with the same, screaming doors. I hid my shock and nodded slowly, "Yes." He smiled at me, "I think I'm going to enjoy this." he turned to a door, the occupants dead silent. He unlocked to door then pulled it open, pushing me in.
"Kill them."
I froze, staring at two men, eyes turned to slits, hands curled into fists, spikes running along their spines. They threw themselves at me, ripping the air as I moved aside, my face pale as their claws ripped the air violently. The door had shut behind me, leaving me in this small, confided place with these...who knows what!? These beasts? Monsters?

One turned to me, his eyes locking on mine. He snarled, flashing several rows of fanged teeth. He lunged at me, slamming me against the wall, digging his teeth into my neck. I screamed as his jaw locked close tightly, the other standing off, snarling. I threw the beast off, gasping, gripping my neck. It healed slowly, my body pushing out poison from my veins. Pain still raged through me and I secretly cursed being half human. I ducked under the next attack, hitting the beast on its back, pressing it against the ground with my elbow. It howled out in pain or rage, I wasn't sure which. My eyes caught movement, and I fell back, dodging a hand as it gripped the empty air that used to be my neck.

I kicked him, catching him right in the ribs, a sickening snap echoing as he staggered back, blood spilling from his lips. A glimpse of humanity and realization flashed in his eyes, gripping his side, gasping for air. His blood stopped coming out, and he tore at his short, tearing it open. I stared with horror as the white fire started burning through him. He howled out, then fell to his knees, eyes blank.
"Oh God..oh God.." I breathed, getting up, and touching his shoulder. I had seen his humanity. I had seen it. And I had killed him. I shook his shoulder, his spikes folding back into his spine, his eyes returning to normal, his claws turning to hands. The fire started to engulf his entire body, and oh God, it was horrid. I held my mouth, then a hit from the back of my head sent me against the wall, gasping. The other beast was snarling, eyes narrowed, pointing to the body that lay in flames. It strangely wasn't burning the body, though I could feel heat coming from it.

"I didn't mean to! I swear!" I screamed, pressing myself against the wall. He scowled, then knelt next to the body, reaching out to touch it, then jumped back, the flames jumping to his hand, starting to engulf him. The door swung open and a hand gripped me, dragging me out by the steel collar around my neck, nearly choking me. The door slammed shut behind me, Addere gripping me tightly and lifting me so we were face to face. His smooth face, deep, icy blue eyes. White hair on his shoulders. He narrowed his eyes, shouting, "What the hell are you doing!? I told you to kill them!"
"I-I thought I d-did.." I murmured. He truly was frightening. He snarled, lifting me up and slamming be against a wall, sending me gasping.

"Don't ever do that again, or I swear, I'll just kill you now. Understood!?"
I nodded slowly, glancing at the door behind him. "What did I-?"
His scowl stopped me, "You saved them."
I looked at him, confused. "What?"
"The fire. White fire. Holy fire. You turned them human again. You saved them from being the monsters they were."

I stared at him, my face white. This was good, very good..but the thing was, I didn't know how to control it..how I even did it..what if I did it again and he found out? He would murder me..then there'd be no hope..damn..
He smirked darkly, and I realized he had heard my thoughts. Need to be more careful with that-damn! "Oh, don't worry Angel. If you can't kill people, I'll give you another job." he pulled me away from the wall, leading me down the halls again. His grip on my wrist felt like he was going to break the bones. I shuttered, wincing. Sensitive wrists..

He threw me into a room, actually furnished with a bed and a few chairs. "You'll be a scout." he took out the remote and I tensed. He smiled, eyes glittering darkly. "Remember, if you try anything funny..." oh God, it felt like death itself. I screamed, falling to my knees once more, clenching my eyes shut, grinding my teeth, holding my breath. Then it ended, the door closing and leaving me in the room alone. I gasped then fell on my side, cringing. It hurt so bad..it hurt so bad..and that's all I could think about for the next few hours.
