Bite My Tongue
This is a poem to just describe how I was feeling at the time...kind of sad. I just thought it would be interesting to get critique or comments on it. Thanks.
Sinking with pain,
I bite my tongue.
Soul bound in a mortal case,
I am desperate to move
To show just one sign I am still alive
To prove to myself I must move on,
To do something with my life.
The hurting prevails
Flash goes the hope
Destroyed by inner agony
Silent screaming
Masked suffering
Hushed anguish.
I bite my tongue.
Soul bound in a mortal case,
I am desperate to move
To show just one sign I am still alive
To prove to myself I must move on,
To do something with my life.
The hurting prevails
Flash goes the hope
Destroyed by inner agony
Silent screaming
Masked suffering
Hushed anguish.
