A birthday is a day for celebrations and revelry, it is a time to share happiness with our friends and families. Arranging party games can make the day unforgettable for all the well wishers who have gathered to participate in your day of joy. All you need to do is invest little time and use your imagination to come up with some wholesome fun. Along with some good food and good booze you need to arrange games that will breakout some laughter in the room.

Everyone loves to have clean fun and games that tickle your funny bone are always welcome with the guests. As adults, we have many responsibilities and at times life can get stressful and one of the avenue to de-stress is a birthday party. Here are a few ideas that will make your day.

Pass The Shot
Remember the game we played as kids known as passing the parcel, where we sat in a circle and passed an empty box around? We passed the box and when the music suddenly stopped the one holding the box was 'out'. In this game, instead of a box we pass an empty glass around with the music in the backdrop. When the music stops the one holding the glass has to fill the glass with 'Whiskey' and drink it bottoms up. The fun does not stop there the person has complete a pre decided task after they finish their drink. As the game goes along it is hilarious how people struggle with seemingly menial tasks like threading a needle. Designated drivers cannot play this game.

The Blind Guide
A great birthday party idea is to set up an obstacle course with the furniture in the house and keep a spoon and lemon ready. Divide the guest in two teams for some healthy competition. Call one member from the first team and blindfold that person and ask this person to navigate the obstacle course with the spoon in mouth balancing the lemon. Team members can guide the blindfolded person by shouting navigational instructions, the opposing team can also shout out misleading information to confuse the blindfolded person. Once the course is completed pick a person from the other team and repeat the task. Every time team members from both the teams complete the task, re-arrange the obstacle course to keep the interest levels high.

Drunk Musical Chairs
Arrange a row of chairs in a way that if the first chair is facing east then the second should face west for this party game. Keep a shot of whiskey beneath each chair before you start the game and music. Make a few chits with some embarrassing punishments written on it in a bowl. Punishments could include singing a song or dancing alone with one hand tied behind the back, etc. Now play the music and ask the guests to circle the chairs and when the music stops occupy an empty chair. Make sure you have one chair less than the number of participants, for example if you have 12 guests, arrange only 11 chairs. The one left without a chair has to perform one of the embarrassing tasks in the bowl. The one's who are occupying the chairs will have to drink the shot of whiskey underneath their chair. After the first round again fill the whiskey shot and remove one chair from the arrangement for the next round. It is really a fun game just ensure that none of the designated drivers are playing this game.
