Big Cities Just Aren't For Me

Big cities, huge buildings
So much to see
Lots of people
Cars for miles
Lights as far as you can see.
Driving, partying, going everywhere
People here are always busy
But this isn't the life for me.

Just let me live in my own little world
Away from the noise chaos and distraction
My life may be boring, maybe to you
But I can guarantee one thing to be true

I can appreciate the simple things in life
Take time to smell the roses
Look at the world and take it all in
Spend time with some close friends
That I can share anything with.

Baby let's go dance in the rain,
We can go completely insane
There's no one to see us
Nothing to take this time away.
