Health Benefits of Bicycle Exercise
A bicycle, quite commonly known as a bike or a cycle, is a pedal-driven, single track vehicle, that functions with the help of two wheels, one behind the other, attached to a frame which includes the seat, handle and in some cases a carrier. For a bicycle to move, it needs to be physically pedaled by humans, and in doing so the entire body comes at play, to pedal ahead the legs need to keep moving in a constant circular motion. To do so, the legs and the upper body along with the abdomen gets stressed and exercised upon.

Bicycling is an excellent form of aerobic exercise, that helps to attain good cardiovascular health.
