Apparently, the security provided for Beyonce, Jay-Z and their families was such that it prevented other new parents from seeing their children.
At least one new Dad, Neil Coulon, was prevented from reaching the NICU, where his twin daughters were being cared for. "They just used the hospital like it was their own and nobody else mattered," said Coulon. "They locked us into the NICU and would say, 'You can't come out to the hallway for the next 20 minutes.'"
Obviously, that aspect of the story is going to be overshadowed by the fact that Beyonce and Jay-Z now have a daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.
