How to Barbecue the Perfect Steak

When you want to barbecue the perfect steak, you should know how to marinate a steak. Marinating the steak in the marinade for a minimum of four hours is important. If possible you can marinate the steaks overnight, before you relish them. Now let's see the steps to barbecue:
  • Preheat the barbecue grill on medium high. Brush both the sides of the steak with olive oil. This will ensure that the steaks do not stick to the barbecue grill.
  • Put salt on the steak when you are about to barbecue the steak, as salt draws out the flavorsome juices from the steak. The other side should be salted only when you turn to the other side.
  • Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the steak. An important tip is to turn the steak only once while cooking, lest the meat becomes tough.
  • After the steak is cooked, transfer it to a plate and cover the plate with foil. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, before you savor it, so that the juices are evenly distributed and your steak becomes succulent and tender.
Since you now have the best steak marinade and the method to barbecue it, why are you still here? Go and start your marinade, and enjoy the barbecue!
