Ingredients:
Apples, peeled, cored and diced - 2
Kiwis, peeled and diced - 2
Raspberries - 8 oz.
Strawberries - 1 pound
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon sugar - 2 cups
Fruit reserves - 3 tbsp.
Flour tortillas - 10
Cooking spray - butter flavored.
Directions:
Make a mix of the apples, kiwis, raspberries, strawberries, brown sugar, white sugar and fruit preserves (flavor of any kind). Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Cover one side of all the tortillas with the spray and cut into wedges in a single layer and place them on a large baking sheet. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on the wedges and spray again with the cooking spray. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes and let the dish cool down. Serve your delicious fruit salsa with chilled fruit mixture.

Jalapeno peppers, diced - 1 can
Onion, chopped - ½ cup
Black-eyed peas - 1 can
Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 can

Garlic salt - ½ tsp.
