Deodorants that Men Will Love
Body odor is never appealing, whether it's men or women. One whiff from your armpits and the person standing next to you is wishing he/she could rush towards the exit. Which is why, the use of a strong deodorant is very important. But when you say "Natural Deodorant", this usually means products that are organic and aluminum-free.
Aluminum-Free Deodorants
Before we look at the most popular deodorant without aluminum, let's understand why should someone look for one in the first place. Many deodorants which have aluminum in their ingredients, their purpose is to clog the sweat ducts. What this does is, it puts a halt on the perspiration process without actually doing something significant. And this plug is only temporary. Another concern raised by the National Cancer Institute states that by using deodorants with aluminum can also have similar effects like estrogen. This in turn affects our normal hormone levels.
With such serious concerns, it is important that you check the label printed at the back of the products to make sure it doesn't include aluminum. Even companies that make these deodorants are keeping this in mind and launching newer, more safe deodorants in market. So, here are the top brands you should keep in mind for aluminum free deodorants:
- Old Spice Classic Deodorant Stick
- Arm & Hammer Ultramax Deodorant
- Speed Stick Classic Scent Deodorant
Now when you say organic deodorants, what does that actually mean? Do you believe that the deodorant is made with 100% organic ingredients? The fact of the matter is, even though the label may say "Organic", in reality, it isn't 100%. Sometimes, you will also find labels such as "USDA Organic" or "Made with Organic Ingredients". This gives you a vague description and can contain maybe 95% or less organic ingredients. Which is why, the guarantee that these deodorants are effective and natural can be questionable. Now if you still believe that the products are completely natural and can be helpful to you, here's a list which you can go over:
- Tom's of Maine Natural Deodorant
- Organic Grooming by Herban Cowboy
- Aubrey Organics Deodorant Spray
- Burt's Bees Men's Natural Deodorant
