Sometimes if you get a chance to take your anger out; you just punch the guy and take out your frustration or the anger is removed on the punching bag by hitting almost 300 punches in an hour. Some people like to run like crazy, some of us like to swim to take their mind off. Others take the help of the entertainment factor. You watch some action movies where violence and blood is the only thing that is visible or you can also try listening to some good fight songs.
