Bikram yoga is a style of yoga developed by Bikram Choudhury, and it includes 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It is practiced in a room heated to 105° F. The heated environment stimulates all muscles, joints and organs of the body with the combination of the 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayama).
