Being Non-judgemental, Why is it Difficult?

The world would be a better place to live, if only we could judge less and care more!
How many times do we see ourselves in a situation saying "If I were in her place" or, "I'll never accept that from...", or "I'd kick his ***", and blah, blah..." Each one of us is in a kind of haste to put ourselves in someone else's shoes... Of course, as long as it's imaginary!

Do we ever think clearly whether we'd really be able to withstand that particular situation? It's the mindset of an individual, his background, the social standing and many other factors that influence a person to behave in a peculiar way. Being judgmental thus becomes easier than being sensible and understanding.

Also, the same individual can behave differently in "like" situations throughout life. As the person grows with his experiences, his preferences change. What would have been completely wrong way back, seems to be the ultimate truth now.

Quite possible! Similarly for others, their behavior, the decisions and truth is as they perceive it in a particular time and place, and also subject to change. Ideal role-playing is impossible and hence, you choose what's best for you. It would be good to let others decide for themselves! When there is judgment, there is no time for love!
