These advantages will make you a far superior drummer than traditional, "private lesson" drummers in a fraction of the time... and for WAY less money!
Here are just a few of the benefits you will enjoy as an internet drum student:
- Rapid advancement. The second you are able to confidently execute the most recent skill you've learned, you can simply move on to the next skill right then and there. With traditional lessons, you'll have to wait until your next "appointment" to progress. I can personally master 4-5 skills online in the time it would take me to start learning my 2nd skill with a private drum teacher!
- Multimedia learning tools. When you take your beginner drum lessons online, you learn via graphic presentation, text, animation, sheet music, mp3 audio, and video instruction from a master drum teacher. My personal online drum instructor carries a MASTERS degree in Percussion Performance and has been a full-time professional drum teacher for over two decades!
- One price fits all. When you take your beginner drum lessons online, you pay a one-time tuition. If you find a particular skill to be a bit "tricky" or advanced, simply go over the lesson again and again and again. I can speak from experience here. When I was taking traditional private lessons and had a drum teacher right in front of me, I felt a lot of anxiety and embarrassment when I didn't "get it" right away. With online lessons, that will never be a problem. (By the way, if you need to repeat a private lesson, you're charged again! It sucks, but it's true!)
- The price is right. Private lessons are a complete waste of money, in my opinion. The average drum student pays over $1500 a year on drum lessons... for a limited, and quite frankly, and inferior education. Beginner drum lessons online will cost you a ONE-TIME tuition of less than 50 bucks! No comparison whatsoever!
To think otherwise is borderline delusional! I encourage you to enroll in an online course today.
Happy drumming!
