1. You should use good skin care products. It does not matter which brand you choose, all that matters is that it suits your skin and does not irritate your skin. Generally the natural based skin care products should be used as they do not contain any harmful ingredients.

2. Go for a facial at least once in a month. It helps in increasing the blood supply through your face and gives an additional glow to your skin. It helps in exfoliating the dead tissues and helps tightening the skin and prevents it’s under age drooping.

3. Acne is one of the most common problems that women face these days. You should avoid eating oily food, eggs, and peanuts. These trigger the acne breakouts. Instead one should follow a healthy meal pattern including fruits, soups, and light and easily digestible food.
