BE Broadband - Great Packages at Unbelievable Prices

BE broadband is one of the pioneers in the field of providing broadband services in UK to its users. It functions strictly in the broadband domain and that is one of the prime reasons for its success today. It offers three packages, each of which is significantly different from the rest. All this and its amazing customer support certainly provide a wonderful browsing experience.
Broadband services have become an essential and irreplaceable part of people in the UK. No matter what one wishes to do, everything is taken care of by the Internet. Be in information to complete a report, shopping to be done, bills to be paid, messages to be sent, the Internet has anything and everything for its users. Without a doubt, the Internet has made people's lives more comfortable and more convenient than ever before.

But to take advantage of these features, one needs to have a decent broadband connection. With over twenty broadband providers in UK, very few actually deliver what they promise initially. One of these few provides is BE broadband. It was found in 2004 with the sole aim of providing quality broadband services to its customers. Since its inception, it has done just that and has hence, established itself among the primary choices of Internet users in UK. Although services were limited initially to the big cities of Manchester, London and Birmingham, the rise in demand of its excellent services lead to expansion on a large scale. The company now covers telephone exchanges well in excess of 1200.

BE broadband offers three types of packages. These packages differ in terms of download and upload speed, monthly cost and very uniquely, the number of IP address assigned as well. The first of these packages is the BE Value pack. It offers a download speed of up to 8Mbps and an upload speed of 1.3Mbps. All this at an amazing price of £13.50 on a 12 month contract. For those who prefer higher speeds, the BE Unlimited and BE Pro pack are the way to go. Available at a monthly cost of £21.50, the Pro package offers download speed of up to a whopping 24Mbps , along with an upload speed of 2.5Mbps. Apart from a standard 12 month contract, one can also opt for a lower three month contract.

In that case, monthly price escalates to £24 along with a connection fee of £24. Be Unlimited, on the other hand is for those who neither want their broadband speed to be too high nor too low. A download speed of up to 24 Mbps and an upload speed of 1.3Mbps is provided with this deal at a monthly cost of £17.50. On a 3 month contract, the package costs £20 a month in addition to the £24 connection fee. To add to these package-specific features, one gets a wireless router, free installation, a BE box and 24/7 customer support with all three deals. The company is also offering a nine month contract with the same details as above but only till the 18th of October.

BE broadband uses the ADSL2+ technology to provide the Internet Service. This is done via the telephone exchanges of BT(British Telecom). Hence, in order to avail BE's services, one needs to have a BT telephone connection. If not, then one needs to get one. The BE box can be kept with the user even after the deal with the service provider has expired, but for a nominal fee of £50.

With such tempting deals in prospect, it is advisable that one works out one's Internet connection requirements in advance. The Value pack should be availed by light Internet users, while the Unlimited and Pro packs are typically designed keeping the needs of heavy Internet users in mind. BE broadband also has a website which users can consult to solve any queries they might have. One can read reviews by users who have been using the deals themselves. This can help a lot in deciding which deal to choose.
