Preparation

Now, place the cream and butter in a medium sized bowl and add eggs to the mixture, one at a time. Beat this mixture well after each addition. Once done, add the mashed and overripe banana along with the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Now, add this mixture to the well created in the flour prepared earlier. Stir this combination well. Spread the same in a greased loaf pan. Bake it at 350°F for an hour. Once done, let it remain in the pan for 10 minutes. Once it cools, cut it into slices and serve!

Preparation

Once done, add the bananas and along with the chopped pecans. Pour this batter into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake the same at 325°F for an hour.
