Acidity of foods is decided according to the pH. The pH range is from 0 to 14. On the pH scale the value 7.0 is considered as neutral. To restore your health, the diet should contain 80% of alkaline foods and only 20% of acidic foods. Because, a person who has acidity levels high, attracts many health problems.
