This pumpkin shake can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 2# Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Sweet Potatoes

  • 3 pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 2 fresh sweet potatoes
  • ½ can whole cranberry sauce

3# Apricot Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour and a small quantity for rolling
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • Sugar free apricot preserves
Method
This is one of the tastiest cookies in the bariatric recipes. Get all the ingredients required and start with the preparation. First of all, blend the cream cheese and butter. Then add flour and salt and then again blend them properly. Now collect all the mixture and make a small ball. Cover it with a plastic wrap and then chill it for 1 to 2 hours. Now take out the dough and roll it over the dust of flour. Make it approximately 1/8 inches and then cut it into squares of 2 inches approx. Again roll over the remaining. By that time preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Now take ¼ tablespoon of sugar-free apricot preserves and place it over the squares. Now fold the opposite corners of the squares and slightly overlap the ends and press them so that they get stuck to each other. Next place all these cookies on the cookie sheet and place them inside the oven. Place all the cookies at least ½ inches apart from each other. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes. Once all the cookies cool down, just pour a small amount of sugar-free apricot preserves again over the cookies.
