- Coconut milk - ½ cup
- Yogurt (plain or vanilla) - ½ cup
- Pineapple juice - ½ cup
- Freshly cut pineapple pieces - ½ cup
- Banana (medium-sized) - 1
- Shredded coconut (sweetened) - ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Ice cubes - ¾ cup

- Lime juice - 2 teaspoons
Peel and cut the banana (preferably frozen) into pieces and blend it with the other ingredients to make the smoothie. You may add ice cubes, if you like. Even the use of lime juice is optional.
