Make sure that, you do not swallow the product while brushing your teeth. While purchasing hydrogen peroxide from a medical store, make sure that it is 3% or less solution, marked for home use and not industrial use.
Recipe #2: Baking Soda and Salt
This is one of the simplest baking soda teeth whitening recipe. To make this teeth whitening product, all you need is baking soda and salt. Just mix about 3 teaspoons of baking soda, with about 1 teaspoon of table salt. Then, use it as a tooth powder to remove stains from your teeth. Then, rinse the mouth properly with clean water.
Recipe #3: Baking Soda, Glycerin and Peppermint Extract
To make this baking soda teeth whitening recipe, mix about 5 to 6 teaspoons of baking soda with about 3 to 4 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin and make a fine paste.
