Baked Spaghetti Recipes
Spaghetti dishes have always a part of family meals, and if you are bored of the regular spaghetti recipes, try these easy baked spaghetti recipes to bring about a change in your regular menus.
Baked Spaghetti Recipes:
Mushroom Baked Spaghetti Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Chopped onion (1)
- Chopped bell pepper (1)
- Margarine (1 Tablespoon)
- Mushroom stems with pieces-drained (1 Can -4 oz.)
- Black olives- sliced and drained (1 Can-2 1/4 oz.)
- Tomatoes, with liquid-chopped (1 Can-28 oz.)
- Basil- crushed (1 tsp)
- Garlic powder (1 1/2 tsp)
- Cooked spaghetti (12 oz.)
- Cream of mushroom soup (1 Can)
- Cheddar cheese-shredded (2)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Lean ground beef-browned and drained (Optional-1 lb)
Use a large skillet to cook the onion and the bell pepper. Cook this, till it turns tender. Now, add some tomatoes along with its liquid. Toss in some garlic powder, olives, ground beef, mushrooms and basil. Keep this uncovered and allow it to boil for at least 10 minutes.
Now, take a greased casserole dish and place at least ½ of the spaghetti in it. Pour ½ of the vegetable mixture over it. Measure 1 cup of cheddar cheese approximately and sprinkle this over the mixture. You have to repeat these layers. Next, mix the water along with the soup and pour it over the casserole. Finally sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over this. Lastly, you need to bake it at 350 degrees F for at least 35 minutes.
Classic Baked Spaghetti Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Thin spaghetti (8 ounces)
- Ground beef (1lb)
- Spaghetti sauce (1 can-26 ounce)
- Finely shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
- Garlic-minced (1 teaspoon)
- Oregano (1 tablespoon)
For this spaghetti recipe, you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water and drain this completely. In the meantime, you need to cook the ground beef and the garlic over medium heat till it turns brown. Once done, drain this completely.
Next, you have to combine the browned ground beef with the spaghetti sauce and the oregano as well. Use some cooking spray on the casserole dish and place at least 1/3 of the spaghetti at the bottom. Add some spaghetti sauce with 1/3 cheese over this base. You need to repeat this at least two times. Bake this combo for at least 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Cheese Baked Spaghetti Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (1 pound)
- Mozzarella cheese (1 pound)
- Ricotta cheese (3 pounds)
- Vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
- Eggs (5)
- Salt and pepper-to taste
Boil the spaghetti with the salt and be careful to avoid overcooking. Then, you have to mix the Ricotta cheese, eggs and half of the Mozzarella cheese in a bowl. You can make thin slices of the remaining Mozzarella cheese and place it aside.
Meanwhile, you have to drain the spaghetti. Place this is a baking pan that contains oil. Add the mixture in the bowl to this and toss it together. Bake the entire combination at 400 degrees F for at least half an hour. Once done, remove the bowl from the oven. You can now place the slices of Mozzarella cheese over this. This cheesy spaghetti is bound to bring about a welcome change for you.
Baked Spaghetti Florentine Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Egg-beaten (1-large)
- Minced dried onion (2 teaspoons)
- Sour cream (1/2 cup)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Freshly ground pepper
- Milk (1/4 cup)
- Shredded cheese (2 cups-16-ounces)
- Spaghetti-cooked and drained (4 ounces)
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (4 tablespoons)
- Frozen spinach- thawed and squeezed dry (1package-10-ounce)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Next, lightly grease a baking dish and set is aside. Then, combine the milk, salt, pepper, egg, onion, sour cream and two tablespoons of the cheese in a large bowl. Mix this well. Now, add the spinach and the cooked spaghetti. Toss this combination for it to mix well. Once done, place this in a baking dish. Sprinkle this with some grated cheese. Cover it and bake it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes. Your dish is ready to be served!
