  • Soreness or redness of gums: It is the most prominent sign of baby teething. As teeth emerge from the gums, they become sore and tender.   • Biting or Chewing: While teething is about to begin in babies, they constantly feel like chewing or biting something. They tend to put fingers and other things in mouth and also constantly feel like chewing solid objects.

  • Drooling or excessive salivation
  • Irritability
  • Restlessness
  • Wakefulness
  • Crankiness
  • Refusal to eat or drink
  • Runny nose
