Awed Before for God's Science!

Who can comprise and comprehend all science, all knowledge and human experience? Ever since life begun, we keep discovering and the deeper we get, the more complex it grows. Being in awe is normal when seeing all the beauty of the creation! See more.
When I look at the sky in the starry night, I see myself so small, so feeble and I wonder "if the creation is so majestic, how wonderful can its Creator be?"

Making a simple imagination exercise, try this: imagine a circle, like a round apple-pie. Cut a thin slice out. That thin slice represents what you know, including what you've learned in school, life, about everything in the universe and human experience. Now cut another slice, a thicker one ; this new thicker slice shows the things you are aware that you don't know much about...in fact you might not know at all (like difficult math problems, atom's science, all kinds of engineering, medicine and all the other fields you've never studied... ). Indeed...this must be a thicker slice than the first. However ...the first slice is thin... thin because our life is so limited.

Now take the rest of the apple pie as a representation of the things that you don't even realize that you don't know. So things that you don't know that you didn't know, those represent the vast majority in our lives.
When you think about it...there has been so much to discover and yet...the more deep we get, the more complex things seem to appear. Amazing! Science has already proven that we are all made of energy, even if we do have a physical body.

I am always in awe when I see the complexity of the universe, of our planet, with all the animals, all the plants, all the spices and flavors of our fruits and the immense variety of insects, birds and fish! God has given us uniqueness, no one has ever been alike another, we are all unique.

I'll let you read on about His Majesty as the book of Job describes it:

"Dominion and awe belong to God; He establishes order in the heights of heaven. Can his forces be numbered? Upon whom does his light not rise?

How then can a man be righteous before God? How can one born of woman be pure? If even the moon is not bright and the stars are not pure in his eyes, how much less man, who is but a maggot - a son of man, who is only a worm!"Job 25: 2-6

"Death is naked before God; Destruction lies uncovered. He spreads out the northern skies over empty space; he suspends the earth over nothing.

He wraps up the waters in his clouds, yet the clouds do not burst under their weight.

He covers the face of the full moon, spreading his clouds over it.

He marks out the horizon on the face of the waters for a boundary between light and darkness.

The pillars of the heavens quake, aghast at his rebuke.

By his power he churned up the sea; by his wisdom he cut Rahab to pieces.

By his breath the skies became fair; his hand pierced the gliding serpent.

And these are but the outer fringe of his works; how faint the whisper we hear of him! Who then can understand the thunder of his power?" Job 26: 6-14

"But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you.

Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this?

In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.

Does not the ear test words as the tongue tastes food?

Is not wisdom found among the aged? Does not long life bring understanding?

To God belong wisdom and power; counsel and understanding are his. What he tears down cannot be rebuilt; the man he imprisons cannot be released. If he holds back the waters, there is drought; if he lets them loose, they devastate the land. To him belong strength and victory." Job 12:7-16

I wonder how would be to see God? Those who saw Him told us how good He is, indeed such a God must be good and Holy. Jesus Christ the Son of God is the embodiment of God Himself, the Father of all creation. Knowing Jesus means knowing God and thus, knowing Life eternal. This God of ours, this Creator of ours must be very rich since He has no problem giving all these goodies to us! And He calls all these "the shadow of the things above". How inconsistent is a shadow? And earthly things are a shadow...how can be there in His dwelling place?

I am in awe for all His perfect science, for His perfect love for us shown within His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, the Lord. Perfect God, the treasure of science. Indeed "we sit in the lap of intelligence" as a great men once said.
