Also, if you order your drinks with ice, then as the ice melts, you'll be drinking more of water, and as mentioned above, this will help in avoiding the onset of hangover symptoms.
  • One of the easy things that you can do is eat an hour before going for a party. Try to eat fruits that are high in vitamin B and C, because this will help to absorb the alcohol faster and prevent its longstanding effect on the body. You can also drink a glass of milk before leaving, though this may not be a very appealing option, it works quite well!

Another easy way is to simply drink something that is not fizzy.
  • When ordering your drinks, order something that is lighter in color compared to a darker drink, because this is bound to give you lesser of a hangover. Also, try to avoid drinking concentrated alcohol. And most importantly, try not to mix drinks because this is more likely to give you a hangover.
