So, if you stay well hydrated before, during and after drinking then this is the best way to avoid hangover after drinking.
- One of the other logical ways to prevent a hangover is to simply drink your drink slowly. This way, you body spends time trying to metabolize the alcohol, so that all of it does not rush into your system and create havoc there. - When ordering your drinks, order something that is lighter in color compared to a darker drink, because this is bound to give you lesser of a hangover. Also, try to avoid drinking concentrated alcohol. And most importantly, try not to mix drinks because this is more likely to give you a hangover.
