Author Update (Mark's Side of Da Vinci Preview)

I'm posting the other half of Da Vinci with Emily Morgan.... and this is an update about it.
Ok, so I've got 3 new stories for this summer, but I'm going to post them one at a time so that it doesn't get all confusing.... I'm posting the first story, Da Vinci, along with another author on here named Emily Morgan. I know her outside the internet, so we're co-writing the story, and posting two point of views separately. Her stories will be from the POV of a woman named Bethany, and mine from a man named Mark. 'You should really really read both of our postings of Da Vinci as they come out, otherwise, the story won't make any sense'. I'm including a sneak peek of Mark's POV below, and you can go read Bethany's sneak peek at Emily Morgan's 'page', or whatever you wanna call it.

The other stories I'm coming out with are "Success" "The Third Child" and maybe "Anomaly", but probably not. We'll see.

And now for the sneak peek of Da Vinci:

"I am Mark Philling, and one day, I will own your daddy. And your daddy's brother."
Burdened with the task of introducing myself to a new kindergarten class every two months, I decided to be creative. The small classroom filled with sheepish giggles, and our teacher sent me to my new chair, in the back of the classroom as always. If my dad didn't have to get fired so often, maybe we could stick around long enough to finally make some friends. My dad tried to hold down a part-time job while he searched the area for pieces of his stupid puzzle. Every few weeks we would leave and move on to the next town. He always said that the completed puzzle was worth millions of dollars, and if we found it, we'd never have to go to work.

When I was young, I never understood how hard it was to raise a family. With a wife and her mentally disabled brother, money is hard to come by. My wife, Victoria, grew up in a family with no mom also, but her brother, Jimmy, has Alzheimer's disease. I don't necessarily know how Jimmy's brain works, or really what Alzheimer's really is. Truth be told, I married Victoria because her father is extremely rich. He mails checks to us every week that Victoria doesn't know about. I've been collecting them, and I almost have enough to travel the world. My dad only had enough spare cash to travel throughout the western United States and collected the puzzle piece from Nevada. Now it was my turn to put it together.

Please comment, and I hope you like(d) Da Vinci!!
Will you read Da Vinci?
