As Time Passes
A poem about a relationship which come and gone.
As time passes I grow weaker.
From the minute I met you,
To the moment I left you,
Time was nothing to matter.
But as days, weeks, months pass --
I come weaker as you stronger;
Time is but the past.
But now I know what it was --
That makes me miss you so.
I loved you,
But didn't tell you --
So I have to let it go.
From the minute I met you,
To the moment I left you,
Time was nothing to matter.
But as days, weeks, months pass --
I come weaker as you stronger;
Time is but the past.
But now I know what it was --
That makes me miss you so.
I loved you,
But didn't tell you --
So I have to let it go.
