I don't really know...
At moments I feel like I'm losing you
And I don't know why
But then you smile at me
And everything seems fine
I don't know if it's the surgery
That's making you afraid
Or if there really is something underneath it all
Something I really should be afraid of
I don't know if I'm thinking too much
Or maybe not enough
If it's something that I'm doing
Or something I'm neglecting to do
All I know
Is I don't ever want to lose you
And I'm scared.
And I don't know why
But then you smile at me
