All of us have a friend or relative who is obese or overweight, our general tendency is to make fun of him. Obesity is the problem of millions of men around the world, in fact the next generation, the kids are getting rapidly affected to this dreadful disorder, thanks to modern lifestyle. The easy availability of lifestyle gadgets and gizmos are promoting sedentary lifestyles and eating disorders which makes people more vulnerable towards obesity.

What is obesity?

Obesity is a condition when excess of body fat or adipose tissue is accumulated in the body which poses to be a significant health hazard and increased mortality. Just being overweight is not meant to be obese. What matters is your Body Mass Index (BMI). It is a way of relating your weight to height. An ideal BMI count should be between 19 and 24. A BMI count of 30 or higher is alarming and is considered to be obese in adults.

But a recent study has revealed serious disorder connected to obesity, which can devastate you physically, socially, mentally and emotionally. According to a research most of the people suffering from Obesity are also suffering from some level of impotence. The repost reveals that obese people are twice as likely to be hit as fit men.

A test was conducted on around 2,000 obese men aged between 51 and 88 and shockingly 34 percent reported moderate to severe impotence.

Impotence is described as the consistent inability to have and sustain an erection necessary for sex. It currently affects over 30 million Americans and billions worldwide. Drugs like Cialis and Viagra are very effective in getting over the problem of impotence. Cialis and Viagra are safe and highly recommended pills for erectile dysfunction.

But it is always better to take protection so that you do not suffer from impotence. Eat the right kind of food, watch your weight, and exercise regularly.
