Before you wash your hair, comb them and make sure that all the tangles are removed. Then, wash your hair with a shampoo. Make sure to use warm water to wash your hair. This will remove the shampoo and other debris present in the hair. Add one cup of water in two cups of apple cider vinegar. Hair should now be rinsed with this liquid. Allow this mixture to be on your hair for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, with warm water wash your hair till the smell of vinegar fritters away. Now, pat your hair dry and then comb it. You will find that your hair is untangled healthy. You can repeat this process once in a week or every time you wash your hair.
Pollution, lack of nourishment and stress are the reasons for hair loss. Hair, be it of any kind, will definitely show a change if apple cider vinegar is applied. In order to promote hair growth and stop hair loss, one can mixture it with sage.
To a glass of warm water, add two to three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Then, you can add 1 oz of olive oil, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix all these ingredients well. Apply this mixture to your scalp and place a towel over the scalp for 15 minutes. After that, comb your hair and wash it with warm water. Repeat this treatment regularly which will help in reducing dandruff. Not only will it solve the problem of dandruff, but it will also solve other problems like baldness and thinning hair.
