Anuak Land Hit by Floods and Abandoned by the Apprentice Magician Mr. Obang Metho
Will the Christian Mr. Metho dare ask all the unrepentant racist Amharas to ascribe themselves to Christian values, by making a public apology for the ignominious murders of Catholic priests, perpetrated by the barbaric Amhara pseudo-kings?
Having been selected by Ethio-fascist Amharas to be their illusory leader in order to help them hypocritically portray themselves as multicultural, democratic, open-minded and postmodern in their demand of official US support to topple the Abyssinian dictator Zenawi, Mr. Metho has no more time for his persecuted and afflicted Anuak countrymen.
They simply were the means of his political careerism; they helped him gain the status of a national leader until the necessary money was cashed and made of him an automatically converted pan-ethiopianist idealist who wants to be the ally of the future butchers of his terribly persecuted nation. And the unrepentant Amhara racist will be far crueler than Meles Zenawi.
What a great ambition for the recently convert to Christianity Mr. Obang Metho whose original religion, the traditional Anuak religion, may now look to him too primitive to prevent floods in Gambella.
Certainly, Mr. Metho believes in the miracles Christianity can do for the Anuak. And he is right; every true and clean faith makes miracles.
Simply corruption does not; either practiced by Christians, Anuak, Muslims, Jews or Hindus.
But this is probably too much of a scrutinizing analysis for Mr. Metho who embraces the unrepentant pestilence of Amhara racists who criminally and passionately desire to destroy the nominal federalism brought forth by the present regime.
The Amhara racists of Kinijit and Ginbot-7 want to impose an excruciating Ethiopianist tyranny that would attempt Africa’s most abominable spiritual, cultural and physical genocide against the Oromos, the Tigrays, the Ogadenis, the Afars, the Sidamas, the Kambatas, the Shekachos, the Kaffas, the Wolayitas, the Agaws, the Shinashas, the Bertas, the Gumuz, the Nuer, and last but not least Mr. Metho’s Anuak. The genocide would consist in spiritual and cultural absorption – assimilation into the Amharas (erroneously, fraudulently and criminally associated with ‘Ethiopians’), and if they would resist, physical genocide – déjà vu – would be mercilessly implemented by the Amhara terrorists – who are far worse than Afghanistan’s Talibans.
So, today, Saturday, August 30, 2008, the inimitable Mr. Metho speaks as the Ethio-fascists’ most magnificent puppet between 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (local time) in the Unification Church, 1610 Columbia Rd, NW, Washington D.C.
If you happen to think that politics are separated from religion in Christianity, the political corruption and the national immorality of Mr. Metho will convince you that you are wrong! Look at the subject that he will analyze in that church:
"Where Do We Go From Here?"
No, no, don’t imagine that you have a modernized version of the famous ‘Quo Vadis?’! Not at all!
All that matters for the duplicitous and manipulative Mr. Metho is the next phase of political developments in Abyssinia, fallaciously re-baptized ‘Ethiopia’. And for this reason, his dark financers extended an invitation to organizations concerned about ‘Ethiopia’ to participate in the church Symposium!
This shameful use of Christianity by the racist political morons of ‘Ethiopianism’, Hitler’s children in Africa, is the tombstone of Obang Metho and his pro-Anuak activism.
Mr. Metho will speak in front of some of Africa’s most repugnant racists, the likes of Mamo Muchie, Abraha Belai, Alemayehu G. Mariam, Abebe Gelaw, Fekade Mariam, Berhan Tsehai, Sioum Gebeyehou, Leoul Mekonen, Abebe Gebre-Tsadik, Enndelbu Worku, Zenebe Tamirat, Lulit Mesfin, Mikael Deribe, Wolde Michael Meshesha, Hagos Berhe, Tedla Asfaw, Mekonnen Alemayehu, Melaku Terefe, Girma Kassa, Abebe Bogale, Wondimu Mekonnen, Yilama Bekele, Girma Aweke, Sebsebie Abera, Kinfu Assefa, Teodros Kiros, Meron Agonafer, Mulugeta Mindaye, Mengistu Yemane, Takele Argaw, Melaku Mekonen, Yami Getachew, Fisseha Abebe, Elfneh Sileshi, Dagnea Teshome, Berhanu Kebede, Mistre Haile Selassie, Samuel Berhanu, Teklemichael Abebe Sahlemariam, Lischan Gizaw, Bedilu Tekle, Kifle Mulat, Melkie Demissie, Wudineh Zenebe, Elizabeth Demissie, Muluneh Yohannes, Mimi Tamrat, Merid Bekele, Endashaw Worku, Kale Negash, and Tewodros Asfaw.
I don’t think Mr. Metho will ask their financial contribution in order to raise a fund for his past homeland, the flooded Anuak land. Why bother? This is just a matter of oblivion now that his dreams evolve around getting a position of minister in the future government, if the Amhara conspiracy against Zenawi proves to be successful – to the detriment of all the oppressed nations of Abyssinia.
But will the Christian Mr. Metho dare ask all the aforementioned, unrepentant racist Amharas to change and ascribe themselves to Christian values, by making a public apology for the ignominious murders of numerous Catholic priests, scholars and missionaries, perpetrated by the filthy, illiterate, barbaric, polygamous and cannibalistic Amhara pseudo-kings Basilides, Kassa, and Yohannes IV (http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/01075e.htm)?
I expect him to ensure the repentance of the aforementioned racists; otherwise all his references to Christian and Biblical literature are a shameful act of blasphemy. And we will have to opportunity to analyze it in further articles. Here, I republish two excellent features of the IRIN website about the recent floods in Anuak land – the place Mr. Metho betrayed and forgot forever.
Ethiopia: Thousands displaced by flash flood in Gambella
http://www.irinnews.org/Report.aspx?ReportId=79945
22 August 2008 (IRIN) - Three rivers in the Gambella region of western Ethiopia have burst their banks following torrential rains that fell in the area for three consecutive days, government officials in the area said.
"We have not yet finalised our assessment, however, an estimated 10,000 to 11,000 people have been displaced," Akway Abala, team leader for the Disaster Prevention and Food Security Department of Gambella region, told IRIN on 22 August.
A flash flood, he added, had occurred in Lare woreda (district) after the heavy downpour that lasted from 16 to 19 August. Villages in another woreda, Itang, which is located 53km west of Gambella town, were also swept away by a flood on 12 August after the Pukong river burst its banks.
"Residents of the villages [have fled] to the highlands," Akway said. "Some of them have sheltered with their relatives and others have made temporary huts. After we finalize our assessment, we will appeal for aid from the federal government or other non-governmental organizations."
Gambella has been repeatedly affected by flash floods whenever rivers draining down to the region from the western highlands of Ethiopia fill up and burst their banks.
Other regions of Ethiopia have also been affected. In April 2007, several houses were damaged by flood waters in the eastern town of Dire Dawa, 515km from Addis Ababa, after heavy rains pounded the area.
The floods swept over the Addis Ketema and Decahtu suburbs, but there were no reports of casualties. In August 2006, Dire Dawa, Ethiopia's second-largest town with a population of 400,000, was again hit by flash flooding in which at least 250 people died and nearly 10,000 were forced to leave their homes. That flood prompted the town’s administration to build sand banks in the Decahtu, Ashwa, and Hafcat.
The latest reports of a flash flood have come as Ethiopia grapples with a food crisis affecting several million people, as a result of drought, rising global food and fuel prices and poor rains.

Ethiopia: Thousands more displaced as floods spread
http://www.irinnews.org/Report.aspx?ReportId=80022
27 August 2008 (IRIN) - Flash floods following torrential rains in Ethiopia's Gambella regional state have spread to four woredas [districts] and displaced thousands more people, an official in the area said.
"The number of displaced people has reached 20,000," Akway Ojulu, the team leader of Gambella's Disaster Prevention and Food Security Department, told IRIN on 27 August.
"We temporarily need two million Birr worth of relief aid," he said. "[But] when we release our official appeal on Friday [August 29], the amount will increase."
Four rivers have burst their banks in the region since heavy rains started a week ago.
Akway said the number of displaced people had increased after two additional woredas, Abobo and Akobo, were flooded. The flash floods hit Lare and Itang woredas a week ago following three consecutive days of heavy rain, which caused the overflow of Jikaw and Nyandiere rivers in Lare and Pukong River in Itang.
"We have already distributed blended food to 2,000 people in Itang and 4,000 in Lare," Akway said.
Abobo was flooded after two hours of rain on 21 August, displacing 761 people while 7,000 others were displaced from Akobo.
"Most of the displaced people sheltered in schools," Akway told IRIN after visiting the two woredas using motorboats.
Three boats, he added, had been obtained by his department - each with a capacity of four to six quintals - but one had an engine problem.
"We need additional motorboats to reach the displaced people," he said. "They need food, household utensils and drugs for themselves and their livestock. To bring a motorboat to Akobo only costs 300,000 Birr [US $31,250], including transportation."
Gambella has been repeatedly hit by flooding from the rivers that drain into the region from the western highlands of Ethiopia. In 2007, flooding left 135,000 people displaced.
Recent rains have also affected other regions. According to the UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), flooding has also been reported in Amhara, Oromia and Tigray regions.
At least 3,700 people in the East Shewa zone of Oromiya have reportedly been displaced by floods, OCHA reported on 26 August.
Heavy rains and hailstorms had also damaged crops in South Gonder in Amhara and East Harerghe in Oromiya, and the southern parts of Tigray.
