Step # 1

Once the scan is done, then search for the folder: %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\[RANDOM CHARACTERS]\. Once you find it, make sure you delete it. Then you also need to delete the file named: %WINDOWS%\system32\iehelper.dll. Once you are done with both the deletions, make sure that you have blocked all the possible sites from where the Antivirus Live infestation must have happened. Then backup the registry by going to "Start Menu" - "All Programs" - "Accessories" - "System Tools" - "System Restore" - "Create a Restore Point" - "Next" tab.
