Anti Aging Home Remedies You Can Use

The article talks about home remedies you can use to right the signs of aging. Many of these have been used by people for years to effectively treat skin problems.
Who has money to spend on expensive anti-aging products? Certainly not my wife these days with the small amount of money I allow her to spend on stuff like that! Just kidding, she gets her fair share of anti-aging products, and they are worth every penny, but there are some alternative options for those of you looking to cut back on spending money on anti-aging products. Here are a few that are popular anti-aging treatments.

Guacamole anyone?

Yes, this sticky, tasty green veggie works well if applied to the face and neck . Simply cut open an avocado and take out the green filling. Mix it up in a bowl until it is nice and creamy, and apply it to the mask like a mud mask. Leave it on the skin for up to thirty minutes. This has often been called the "avocado facial." The proteins work well and absorb into your skin. Plus, you can use it as a dip afterwards for your next party. Just kidding.

Egg Whites are also packed with proteins. Cut out the yolk and cut the whites into strips. Use these strips under the eye area and feel the cooling, fresh sensation do wonders under your eyes. Some people even say that these create a quick lift under the eyes, but it is just that - a quick lift. This is not a long-term solution, but my wife says it feels great and makes her relax. Go ahead and see for yourself, I have to say it is the most cost-friendly option.

Juice!

Fruit juices also work well as they are enriched with vitamins. Coconut juice, pineapple juice, and even pear juice have all been reported as working well on the face. However, this will get sticky. Of course, it's nothing some soap and water can't remove later.

Of course, there are many other remedies that aren't as natural or easy to come by, such as castor oil. Again, rub this oil into your face and let it absorb and sit on the skin for 15-20 minutes. After any of these anti-aging home remedies, wash your face thoroughly. You can choose to exfoliate if you wish, but it is not necessary.

With any anti-aging remedy, drink plenty of water. Drinking water is an important part of your bodies routine, and this should not be overlooked. Water is key! Also, work up a sweat. Sweating helps rid the body of the bad skin cells and makes way for new, fresh skin cells. Sweat whenever you can, preferably via an exercise routine. But, another good way to induce a sweat is through a steam room or sauna. Your local gym should have one. Go ahead and check it out - you will be happy with the results your skin will achieve.
