Another Bachelor Split
It has been confirmed that former Bachelor Matt Grant and his betrothed have called off their engagement after two months.

In a shocking twist, another Bachelor romance has gone up flames after only two months of post-show dating. Grant, 27, and actress-wannabe Lamas, 22, released a statement that read, "We tried hard to make it work, but we realized that we were both heading in different directions. We truly care about each other and will remain close friends." Rumors of troubles have dogged the couple ever since Grant gave Lamas the final rose and a 2.85-carat ring in the May finale.
Grant was the 11th bachelor on ABC’s The Bachelor: London Calling and chose Lamas, the daughter of actor Lorenzo Lamas, over Chelsea Wanstrath after six-weeks of "fantasy" dating. He proposed to Lamas and the couple allegedly moved in together in her home in Las Angeles. Grant, a global financier, moved out of Lamas’ pad and now says, "I never really moved in there."
Out of the 12 bachelors to appear on the show, 10 showmances have ended badly. Bachelor Brad Womack chose not to give a final rose to DeAnna Pappas or Jenni Croft. It has been reported that Croft when on to find love outside of a reality series and is currently engaged. Pappas became the next Bachelorette and found her true love. The couple is getting married sometime next year. The only bachelor to have found love is season 6’s Byron Velvick. He is engaged to his pick, Mary Delgado, and the two are reportedly getting married sometime next year. The couple was involved in an altercation last year and Delgado was arrested for punching Velvick in the face, but the report is that they are still very much together.
