Another Angel

Dedicated to my sister and her Angel.
Let me die, the young mother cried.
I'm nothing without her in my life,...
She was my little girl, my all....
my everything.
God, why did you give her to me,
just to take her away?
I loved her so much, she was my angel,
who filled my heart with joy.
She was beautiful and sweet...
She was so kind to all, that she would meet.
In spite oh her cancer,
she was stronger then me.
She always had a smile...
she made my life worthwhile.
Big brown eyes, hair so dark.
She told me once,
"mom, we’ll never really be apart,
for I’ll always be with you in your heart".
I took care of her till the end,
In my arms, she died.
All I wanted was to die too,
But God said "I’m not ready for you".
I was angry, hurt, so mad at God.
But, in my heart, I knew...
That he only wanted another special angel...
And my dear, he chose you.
I miss you and love you more
then you'll ever know.
But, one day, God will call for me
And when he does...
my sweet angel Jessie I will see.
