Another AHA that Can Help You Lose Weight

Yes, I have had another HUGE AHA! It is BIGGER than the Food Fog AHA! I'm still following the diet that I talked about in the Food Fog article here at Buzzle.
Actually for one week I have Only had THREE meals! Now I know that may not be healthy for every one but I have had NO effect from doing this except more focus, better memory and more energy!

Well tonight I began to get a little hungry. I don't keep Any Thing in the house Except water, herbal teas, honey, a couple of peppermint sticks and spices.

So I decided to do an experiment. I got my KC Seasoning and put a little on a plate. I licked off my fingers and you know what it Satisfied my desire for something Salty within a Minute! When we get potato chips are we Really interested in the potatoes? Heck, No! It is usually the SALT or CHEESE or every ingredient they add to the chips!

If you were to taste a steak with out all they do to them before you get it delivered to your table you would GAG! What makes a hot dog good? It's the mustard, ketchup, mayo, pickles, etc.

So what is the Key to weight lose?

Enjoy the different Tastes without the meat, potatoes, starches, etc.

Now going on with my experiment. I decided to get some SPICY brown mustard out of the fridge next. I put some on my fingers and licked away! Again Satisfied within a minute! I actually used less than I would use for a hot dog!

Next I was going to have one of those candy canes that I had stashed away in the fridge. However I decided to get some HONEY instead. I poured out about as much honey you would use on a biscuit on the plate and licked away!

You guessed it! I was Totally satisfied of my desire for something sweet with just that little bit of honey!

And most importantly I did not want Anything to eat!

Can you imagine what could happen if you were to cut out ONE meal a day (of course check with your doctor before doing it as I must say that) and had available with you some SALT (preferably a product with sea salt like Trocomare which can get at your health food store), HONEY and MUSTARD.

So when you craved something SALTY you were covered. SWEET? You were covered. And I guess mustard could be PUNGENT. Again were covered.

You should find that you will Not need to overdue using any of these suggestions either. I bet you are satisfied pretty quickly.

Well that was my AHA for the night and I plan to put this into my Food Fog Diet!
