*~Angel's Arrow: Chapter 8~*

Jewel followed Seraphina while Anna and Keira lingered behind them. Seraphina looked back occasionally while skipping towards the Forbidden City. "You wouldn't happen to know where the boys went, would you, Seraphina?" Anna asked worriedly. Seraphina's wings fluttered as she jumped around. "Nope, nope, nope! Not at all!" she said in her perky voice. Anna nodded and kept walking.
Once the girls reached a wall that was covered with what seemed like poison ivy with patches of roses growing they all stopped.
Seraphina turned around to face the other girls. She smirked and said, "We're here." she turned and muttered something in a different language. Much to low for any of the girls to hear. Doors that weren't seen before slowly opened. Jewel and Anna both huddled together
with Keira in the middle. Keira could feel both girls flinching.
"Calmate!" she said her voice rising. Anna and jewel looked at her confusedly "What did you call us?" Anna asked.
"I didn't call you anything I said calm down! You're being too scared... And that's coming from me!" Keira yelled. Her voice echoed past the huge doors into a huge meadow covered with small flowers and oak trees.
The trio walked in slowly and looked around. Suddenly Seraphina said, "Have fun~!" with an evil smirk stretched across her face as she waved good-bye. She turned around and crouched down, to blast off with her wings. Keira looked at Anna and Anna looked at Jewel. "That doesn't sound good..." Jewel murmured. And with that Seraphina disappeared.
The girls wandered around the meadow separately before they all heard weird noises. Noises like a kitten whining and boots climbing up the stairs. They met each other in the middle of the meadow. A slow hissing noise was heard before they all heard, 'Welcome to the meadow of power...you shall so fight a battle so fierce..that it shall test your skills. Your weapon of destiny shall come upon you in the meadow.'
Soon enough, they were surrounded by Dusk Demons and others they have never seen before. "Diablo de Los Pesadillas." Keira muttered to herself remembering a nightmare she had when she was only five.
"Who? what?" Anna asked frustrated that she can't understand what Jewel says in Japanese (Despite her being Mexican) or what Keira says in Spanish. She wished now that she knew at least a few sayings in Italian or Greek.
"These other demons!" Keira started to yell because the humming of the demons was getting louder as the neared them. "I remember seeing some of these! When I was five I used to have continuous nightmares. And this was one of them..." she said her voice trailing off.
"There, look!" Jewel yelled over the loud humming. She was pointing towards the forest, where Anna and Keira saw a glint of something shining near the first tree. Keira ran with Jewel and Anna right on her tail. The dusk demons flipped and slowly twirled flexibly towards them. Keira picked the only piece of metal there. The word 'Nightclaw' was encrypted on the handle. The whole sword was about 4 feet high with a black cover. The handle had two columns of blue and black gems. The whole blade had a beautiful white aura faintly glowing around it. It was paper thin, but looked as sharp as a needle tip. "Whoa, this is EPIC!" Keira yelled taking the cover off the sword. She held it excitedly in her hand.
"Keira!!!" Anna and Jewel both shrieked. She turned around to see a dusk demon about to grab her. Keira's eyes closed as she focused. Her blade whipped out and slashed at the demons.
"Oh my God," Anna said as she saw Keira slice the demon in half. Jewel stared at Keira as she stared wide eyed at the dusk demon as it disappeared. She looked back at Jewel and Anna and slowly walked towards them. She smiled excitedly as she ran back towards her friends. As Keira got closer the two other girls could see black stains all over the sword and some on Keira's shirt.
"Anna, Jewel... Look, there's another weapon over there!" Keira said catching her breath. She pointed it towards some rose bushes where Anna and Jewel saw something shining. Jewel ran to pick it up. On the handle the words 'Dark Heart' were encrypted on the handle in gold calligraphy and the handle was dark black. The gunblade was part gun part blade, hence the name. It was shiny metallic, but was a dark black metallic with small vines around the blade. The gun was attached skillfully to the bottom of the blade and looked nothing like a regular handgun but one that was even more powerful than a Smith and Wesson 500. "Whoa... This is awesome!" Jewel yelled with excitement. She flipped it around in her hands and examined the words and the amethyst above the name. She noticed Anna running towards a rock and picking up a sword.
"Hey you guys, look at this!" Anna yelled from across the meadow. She held up a blade looking thing above her head. "Anna, be careful! You can kill yourself doing that!" Keira yelled. As she came closer Jewel and Keira could see the details on her weapon. It was in fact a blade and was encrypted with the words 'Moon Blade' the handle was small and a dark shade of blue. The blade was like a short dagger.
"Haha don't worry you guys I won't-" she said as she dropped the sword. Keira face palmed herself and ran over to her. 'Luckily these dusk demons and those other ones move real slowly' Jewel thought. She followed Keira and ran towards Anna. She once again picked up her sword, more carefully this time and gazed at it. "Look out!" Jewel yelled at Anna and Keira. Right then, they were surrounded by demons. Time to fight.

"OH NOOOOO!!!" Manson said trying to push past Alex and Liam, "WE HAVE TO SAVE THEM!! MY DARLINGS ARE IN DANGER!" Rayden's hand was gripping the metal control board for the cameras tightly to the point of almost bending it. Manson kept ranting on about how his little girl, Jewel, and her little friends are in danger of being killed. "OMIGOSH!! WE HAAAAVE TO~! MY THREE LITTLE PRINCESSES ARE DAMSEL'S IN DISTRESS AND I'M DYING TO BE THEIR KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR AND SAVE THEM FROM-"
Rayden pulled out 'Obsidian' and threw it at Manson and shouted, "SHUT UP!" Manson turned around and his eyes squinted. He jumped up and kicked the blade's tip up, reversing its tip and slowing it down. He shouted, "Stoben Sie ab!" Repelling the sword towards Rayden. Rayden's eyes widened as he ducked down. Glass behind him shattered with the force of the kick. He turned around to see one of the screens broken into glass shards as the main area was sparking.
Manson floated lightly to the ground as he looked at Rayden smirking,
"I'm not as stupid or weak as I appear Onii-chan." Alex and Liam both stared in amazement at Manson.
"What the-?" Liam said rushing towards Manson, "You never told us you could do that." Manson turned around and shrugged. He replied cockily, "You never bothered asking me." Liam crossed his arms over his chest and looked at the screen. All four of the boys looked at the screen and thought. If one were to see how deep in thought, they might have thought that they were all thinking the same things. They were terrified for the ones they loved.
