Winehouse, 24, reportedly fainted at her home Monday afternoon and was rushed to the hospital. Her spokesman said that the singer "quickly recovered," but that her manager’s assistant had to "stop her falling." Winehouse’s father, Mitch, went to the hospital with his daughter reportedly as a "precaution." Mitch Winehouse said, "She’s fine. It was a brief thing and they took her in as a precaution. Her Dad drove her to a private hospital, but they’re unsure what caused it so aren’t taking any chances."

Winehouse reportedly underwent additional tests Thursday, but doctors have reportedly been unable to identify what caused her to faint or determine her condition. She is scheduled to perform at a 90th birthday celebration for Nelson Mandela on June 27th and to perform the next day at England’s Glastonbury music festival. Her rep has said that she is still set to perform on both days, but "a final decision will be made entirely on the advice of her doctors and in her best interest."

Winehouse has struggled with a well documented addiction to drugs and alcohol. She entered a rehab facility in January after a video of her allegedly smoking a drug from a lit pipe. On the video she reportedly said that she had taken six valium and it was said that there is unreleased footage of Winehouse snorting cocaine in ecstasy. Her record label released a statement at the time saying that she had "voluntarily" entered a rehabilitation facility and that she "has come to understand that she requires special treatment to continue her ongoing recovery." She checked out of the facility two weeks later and reportedly turned back to drugs and alcohol.
