Winehouse has been hospitalized all week after fainting at her London home Monday. She was admitted into a private clinic in Marylebone, London. It was rumored she had caught the disease which is reportedly common among heavy drinkers and drug addicts because their immune system is weak and they are prone to infection. Chris Goodman, Winehouse’s rep said, "She has a chest infection and she had a routine test for TB, which came back negative." Her rep also squashed rumors that she was coughing up blood.

Winehouse remains at the clinic and is reportedly still undergoing tests. She is supposed to perform at a 90th birthday celebration for Nelson Mandela on June 27th. She is also scheduled to appear at England’s Glastonbury music festival the next day. Goodman said that Winehouse is still scheduled to do the shows, but will have to get the final ok from her doctors. He added, "She would really love to do the show – she always wants to do these things. But she will listen to her doctors."

Winehouse, 24, has had a very publicized struggle with drugs and alcohol. She entered a rehabilitation facility in January after a disturbing video of her doing drugs hit the Internet. Winehouse checked out after two weeks and was reportedly back to her old ways. In October, Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil were arrested in the Norwegian city of Bergin on drug charges. She was also arrested in December for allegedly attempting to interfere with a court case involving her husband. It was later revealed the police were not pursuing a case against her. She was arrested again in April on charges of assault for allegedly head butting a man outside a London club.
