Winehouse and the others were arrested in Bergen, Norway at the Radisson SAS Hotel after police were tipped off that they were in possession of some pot. They were arrested at approximately 6 p.m. after police found 7 grams of marijuana in their possession. All three of them spent about 12 hours in jail and then were released. Winehouse and Fielder-Civil paid a $700 fine. The third member of the group Alexander Foden, Winehouse’s wig maker, reportedly paid a $500 fine. A source said, "She paid the fine and she was released. It’s over."
Wine house has made no secret of her battles with drugs and alcohol. In August, she checked into the Causeway rehabilitation center in Essex, England. It was reported that she had suffered an overdose, but her rep said she was dealing with "health issues." A few days later photos of Winehouse and her husband covered in bruises and blood surfaced with stories of spousal abuse. Winehouse made it clear that her husband does not physically abuse her and said that they had had a fight because she was going to use drugs.
Winehouse, 24, cancelled a number of tour dates over the summer due to her "health issues" and is now touring Europe. On Monday she played a full set in Berlin, but it wasn’t a smooth show. Some source claim that she seemed intoxicated because she was staggering and tripped as she got on the stage. She also reportedly forgot the lyrics to a cover song she did. The U.K> leg of her tour kicks off November 14 in Birmingham.
