Amour ~ Chapter 4: Is this Love?

Yukio's P.O.V

I woke up on my own accord today. WOOH! An improvement! We all crashed at Mine and Usagi's house for the night (Skylar, Luna, Ihaka, Ryuu, Usagi and I) as we were going to be spending the weekend together anyway. I walked downstairs to make everyone breakfast when I noticed Skylar getting a glass of milk. "Morning Skylar" I surprised her. "Oh, morning Yukio I wasn't expecting you up for at least 3 hours after the others." She replied sarcastically.

"Hey listen, you know Ihaka Nima. Well I thought I might introduce him formally to you, everyone else seems to talk to him and know him except you." I looked at her. "Hmm, well then maybe I should go back to bed then, besides I have to introduce Ryuu Kimura to you." I walked into the other room and put on the TV. I might as well go have a shower, I don't want to look or smell bad for the introductions.

I walked upstairs and into the bathroom with my clothes and got into the shower. 30 minutes later I was downstairs making everyone breakfast, one minute I was cooking the next I know I was being dragged upstairs. "What the hell Skylar! Couldn't you see I was making breakfast for everyone before we set off on our 'adventure'?" She didn't say anything. I tried to walk away but she grabbed my arm and finally spoke "Introduction in 20 minutes. Go on I'm starving, go finish breakfast." With that we both walked out the room.

At breakfast we kept to our own group of friends Ryuu and me enjoying our conversation, then Skylar and Ihaka and lastly Usagi and Luna were having a giggle fit. It felt very weird having company here, as it is normally just Usagi and I. I looked over at Skylar and she looked at me. "Right I believe it is time to set off. Come on guys let's get packing you don't want to get to know the dangerous side of me." I said happily.

We all went into the sitting room after getting packed up and the introductions started. "Hello, as you all know my name is Usagi." It took about ten minutes to get through Usagi's and Luna's introductions. Now it was my time to introduce Ryuu. I stood up and began, "Well I'm not going to bother saying hello as we just said good morning an hour ago. Skylar this was our deal, I would like to introduce Ryuu Kimura. He is 17 years old and attends the same school as us obviously, otherwise he wouldn't be one of our chosen protectors." I stopped talking and let Skylar and Ryuu chat, until it was my turn to be introduced to Ihaka Nima. Oh great this will be fun.

Skylar finished talking to Ryuu and pulled Ihaka away from Luna and Usagi to introduce him to me. "Yukio this is Ihaka, Ihaka this is Yukio. Short and simple." She then walked off to talk to Ryuu (her new found friend). I looked at Ihaka. Oh My God! He is gorgeous I can't believe I noticed it yesterday when we walked into each other. "Hello Ihaka, nice to meet you without it being by accident." I finally said after what felt like an age. "Hello Yukio, you look wonderful, I must say." I hid the warmth that was building in my cheeks.

as I already know Ihaka is 18 and is in most of Skylar's classes. He had gray hair and gorgeous gray eyes to match, he is wearing a brown short-sleeved t-shirt with a unique pattern on it. He is also wearing darkish green combat trousers with a brown belt and black trainers.

We chatted for about 3 hours before we had to make a move to the dreaded Eton High. I got to know him a lot, I now know he has a brother named Ichigo (actually he showed me a picture of him), they look so mischievous in the photo, like they both knew what each other was thinking. Of course they would know, they are werewolves (but humans wouldn't know what they really were, humans are so dumb, they don't believe 'Mythical' creatures actually exist). I really feel like I found my true love, I really like him, I don't ever want to leave his side. Is this what true love is?

Ihaka's P.O.V

I know this sounds a little girly but when I saw her my heart skipped a beat. Why didn't I notice her beauty when we walked into each other yesterday. As soon as I saw her I wanted to protect her, it was my new mission in life for now on. I don't WANT to protect her, I MUST protect her. I feel as if we have connected in a way. Oh My God! I can't take my eyes off her, I just want to cuddle her, kiss her, and let her have the happiest life. With me. Look at me I'm already thinking about a future with a girl I pretty much only just noticed. Quick, say something she just said hello, what do I say? Do I say "I love you" no, that sounds stupid.

How about a simple hello back, yeah that's it just say hello. "Hello Yukio, you look wonderful, I must say." Darn it, do you think she will mind what I said. Ihaka stop worrying yourself, you will have plenty of time to get to know her, because you love her. That's it! This is love at first sight. Oh My God! I'm so happy! This is really what true love is, isn't it?
